Your Role:
You are ultimately responsible for daily operations, commercial results, and the overall member experience within the club. You manage various departments, including reception, beauty, housekeeping, and handyman/facility, and ensure that all operational processes run optimally. With your leadership, commercial insight, and focus on quality, you take the club to a higher level, both operationally and commercially.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations within the club
• Directing, coaching, and developing teams within reception, beauty, housekeeping, and handyman/facility
• Ensuring an optimal member experience and high service quality
• Monitoring the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the club
• Identifying commercial opportunities and achieving sales targets
• Actively contributing to revenue growth, member retention, and commercial performance
• Optimizing operational processes and efficiency across all departments
• Translating strategic objectives into concrete operational actions
• Collaborating with the Board and management to further develop the club
• Creating a professional, welcoming, and results-oriented work environment
Your profile:
· Demonstrable management experience within hospitality, wellness, sports, or high-end service
· Strong in operational management as well as commercial thinking
· Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
· Coaching leadership style with a focus on development and performance
· Hospitable, presentable, and service-oriented
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proactive, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
· Eye for detail, quality, and continuous improvement
· Capable of operating both strategically and hands-on
Your Role:
You'll be responsible for Caesar's daily operations and strategic development. You'll coach and guide employees, optimize processes, and ensure all front-of-house teams deliver an optimal member experience.

· Coach, guide, and evaluate team members.
· Ensure a welcoming, safe, and presentable environment.
· Monitor quality, processes, and member experience.
· Collaborate with the Club Manager and management to achieve objectives.
· Apply project management skills when coordinating projects.
Your profile:
· Demonstrable leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or wellness
· Strong communication, team coaching, and process optimization skills
· Strategic and practical approach
· Attention to detail and a keen eye for the bigger picture
· Experience with project management and complex processes
· Organizational sensitivity and a sense of hospitality
