· Collaborate with the Club Manager and management to achieve objectives.
· Apply project management skills when coordinating projects.
Your profile:
· Demonstrable leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or wellness
· Strong communication, team coaching, and process optimization skills
· Strategic and practical approach
· Attention to detail and a keen eye for the bigger picture
· Experience with project management and complex processes
· Organizational sensitivity and a sense of hospitality
Your Role:
You'll supervise and entertain children, organize activities, ensure safety, and contribute to a clean and organized environment. You're the face of the Kids' Club and ensure every visit is a positive experience.

Your profile:
· Minimum vocational education (MBO) level or equivalent
· Experience in childcare, education, or childcare
· Enthusiastic, hospitable, and patient
· Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Good communication skills
· Creative and responsible
· Proactive in entertaining children
· Affinity for sports, wellness, or lifestyle is a plus
