Club Manager

Your Role:
You are ultimately responsible for daily operations, commercial results, and the overall member experience within the club. You manage various departments, including reception, beauty, housekeeping, and handyman/facility, and ensure that all operational processes run optimally. With your leadership, commercial insight, and focus on quality, you take the club to a higher level, both operationally and commercially.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations within the club
Directing, coaching, and developing teams within reception, beauty, housekeeping, and handyman/facility
Ensuring an optimal member experience and high service quality
Monitoring the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the club
Identifying commercial opportunities and achieving sales targets
Actively contributing to revenue growth, member retention, and commercial performance
Optimizing operational processes and efficiency across all departments
Translating strategic objectives into concrete operational actions
Collaborating with the Board and management to further develop the club
Creating a professional, welcoming, and results-oriented work environment

Who You Are

Demonstrable management experience within hospitality, wellness, sports, or high-end service
Strong in operational management as well as commercial thinking
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Coaching leadership style with a focus on development and performance
Hospitable, presentable, and service-oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
Eye for detail, quality, and continuous improvement
Capable of operating both strategically and hands-on

Fitness Club Medewerker

Your Role:

As a Fitness Club team member, you are an important part of the Caesar team. You support our members during their visit, help create a safe and professional fitness environment, and contribute to an outstanding fitness experience. You are present on the gym floor every day, easily connect with members, and quickly recognize where your support is needed. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our club remains clean, safe and inspiring, while encouraging members to return with enthusiasm.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

Guide and support members on the fitness floor.
Identify member needs and respond proactively.
Maintain a clean, safe and professional fitness environment.
Clean and maintain fitness equipment, cardio machines and strength-training equipment.
Keep weights, equipment and training areas organized and tidy.
Carry out daily operational tasks according to Caesar's quality standards.
Monitor compliance with club rules and safe equipment use.
Report improvement opportunities, defects and maintenance requirements.
Work closely with colleagues to elevate the member experience every day.

You are responsible for all front-of-house activities, from welcoming members and guests to answering questions and supporting the operational team. You contribute to a warm, professional and inspiring atmosphere. With your energy, commitment and service-oriented attitude, you easily connect with people. You recognize members' needs, take initiative, and work together with your colleagues to ensure everyone feels welcome.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

Welcome, inform and assist members and guests.
Answer questios and provide appropriate support.
Identify members' wishes and needs and respond proactively.
Perform operational and administrative tasks at the reception desk.
Support member registrations, club tours and provide information about memberships.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming and professional reception environment.
Work closely with colleagues and management to improve processes and the member experience.
Uphold and promote the core values of Caesar.

Perform Hamam rituals and sauna infusions, if experienced.

Caesar Fitness & Spa Resort is looking for a precise and service-oriented Administrative Assistant. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the financial administration and membership administration of our organization. You will play an important role in monitoring financial processes while also contributing to excellent service for our members.

Your Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the central point of contact for various administrative processes within Caesar. You will ensure that all administrative data is processed accurately and that the membership administration is complete and up to date.

You will work with numbers, systems and people on a daily basis. This makes the position ideal for someone who is not only financially strong, but also communicative and customer-oriented.

What Will You Do?

Financial Administration

Processing incoming and outgoing invoices.
Checking and processing financial transactions.
Managing accounts receivable and sending payment reminders.
Maintaining contact with the debt collection agency.
Checking invoices from employees and freelancers.
Preparing quotations.
Ensuring the correct processing of daily reports, visitor data, and financial reports.
Identifying discrepancies and supporting financial checks.

Membership Administration

Processing new registrations, cancellations, and changes.
Checking membership details and contracts.
Processing chargebacks and membership suspensions.
Managing member data in Logifit.
Answering members' questions regarding invoices, payments, and administrative matters.
Contributing to an accurate and up-to-date membership administration.

Other Responsibilities

Maintaining contact with colleagues, members, and external suppliers.
Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
Supporting commercial activities and lead generation.
Participating in team meetings.
Contributing to a professional and efficient working environment.

Who Are You?

You have an MBO+ or HBO level of education and thinking.
You have experience in an administrative or financial role.
You work accurately and in a structured manner.
You are confident with numbers and administrative processes.
You are communicative and customer-oriented.
You take responsibility and are able to work independently.
ou are proactive and identify opportunities for improvement.
You are able to switch easily between different tasks.
Experience with accounting systems or financial software is a plus.
Experience within hospitality, sports, wellness, or the service industry is a plus.
You have native-level proficiency in Dutch.
