There is always an instructor available onsite at Caesar Fitness, not only to explain how to use the equipment, but also for expert guidance and help in finding the correct position and posture during an exercise.
Personal training
Our trainers each have their own specialities: from losing weight or building muscle mass, to cardiovascular training. There is always a professional available to help you achieve your goal. Make an appointment quickly and meet our trainers!
Small group training
During the day we organize different small group trainings, including Core and WoW (WorkOut of the Week).
Group training
We do everything we can to achieve a high ‘fun factor’ during our group lessons. What could be more fun than reaching your goals with a smile on your face.
Spa & Wellness
Saunas
At Caesar Spa & Wellness you can use no less than six different saunas, an assortment of showers, the whirlpool, the hammam and the relaxation area. In the large Kelosauna ritual infusions are provided several times a day.
The swimming pool
The pool has been rebuilt in the original style and many original features that were preserved during demolition were recreated using the most modern techniques.
Hamam
Hammam massages follow a very old technique and tradition. Hammam literally means: a warm place where water flows in abundance. You experience the water, scrub ritual, and soaping on a warm marble slab.
Vitamine D Zonnebanken
Now it is also possible to absorb Vitamin D at Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort while relaxing under one of our two Vitamin D sunbeds! We have two Luxura Sunbeds, one for lighter skin and another, stronger, sunbed for already tanned skin.
Body & Mind
Yoga
Yoga offers us exercises that restore balance. It makes the body and mind alive and flexible. Yoga teaches you to listen to your own body. We offer a wide choice of different yoga forms.
Breathing
Breathing is a lesson that helps relieve stress and anxiety and improve relaxation and sleep. Good breathing also contributes to your daily and sports activities. You will learn how to use your breathing in a more functional way and use the full potential of your lungs.
Pilates
During Pilates, the emphasis is on slow and focused movements to create lean and strong muscles with a clear focus on the abdomen and back. During the lesson you will work in a gentle but effective way to improve posture, flexibility and prevent injuries.
Bodybalance™
Bodybalance™ is a Body & Mind class consisting of a mix of movements from traditional yoga, tai chi and pilates. The lesson focuses on improving posture, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. This lesson is very suitable for people who like a more intensive form of a Body & Mind lesson.
Beauty & Health
Massage
We offer a range of massages, from relaxing to firm. The technique, aromas and elements used during the treatment differ per type of massage.
Body and Hamam
Hammam is an ancient Eastern bathing ritual that originated in Central Asia. Hammam massages are done using very old techniques and traditions.
Facial treatment
We use a wide range of Comfort Zone care products to ensure that the treatment matches the condition of your skin.
Waxing and epilation
In our beauty centre you can wax different body parts. We work with resin that is also suitable for sensitive skin.
Manicure and pedicure
The hands often provide the first interaction. The feet bring you daily from A to B. By taking good care of them, they are beautiful to look at and they leave a well-kept impression.

Kidsclub
Members of Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort can register children from 3 months to 8 years old. The children will be cared for here while the parents complete their sports visit.
Lunchroom Morritzz
In our atmospheric lunchroom, Morritzz, you can enjoy an excellent cup of coffee or tea, served with homemade cakes, a delicious breakfast or a tasty lunch. Oven-fresh sandwiches, homemade soups, smoothies, shakes and healthy fresh salads: there something to enjoy for everyone!
FysioFit
On the principle “Working together on rehabilitation” the team of Fysio Fit guides you towards a fast and complete as possible revalidation. They recently started offering physiotherapy and manual therapy within Caesar.
