Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort has a wide variety of group lessons. Aside from an Aerobic Studio, where you can follow BodyPump, BodyCombat, BoxFit and Zumba lessons, we also have a beautiful Cycle Studio where you can participate in a diverse range of spinning lessons on the most advanced bikes. Finally we have an Aqua gym which allows you to attend lessons every day in our pool.

ZUMBA®

Zumba is a fitness program with dance movements to South American and international music. Zumba encompasses dance while at the same time working to improve condition, strengthen muscles and burning calories! It is suitable for anyone looking to turn exercising into a party.

BodyPump LM

BodyPump LM is the original barbell class in which you strengthen your body in a short amount of time by repeating multiple weight and strength exercises. This programme challenges all the important muscle groups by applying the best strength exercises. If you want to lose weight, improve your muscle endurance, or feel a little tighter in your skin, BodyPump is the ideal lesson for you.

BodyCombat LM

BodyCombat is a high-energy workout inspired by oriental martial arts with movements from karate, taekwondo, kung fu, kickboxing and tai chi. Within no time you’ll be in great shape and become fitter and stronger. You fight against an imaginary opponent and do this with movements that are not overwhelmingly complex. This is an ideal lesson for people who like to be challenged by being pushed to their limit and don’t mind breaking a sweat at the same time.

Boxfit

Boxfit is ideal for people who have little or no experience with boxing, but who want to work on their fitness and flexibility with this form of training. Various basic techniques include shadow boxing, bag work and circuit & balance training components. Boxfit is a great way to make your body flexible while working on weight loss, but it also offers much more! You also work on defence techniques which in turn helps self-confidence. Clearing your head by going completely crazy on a heavy punching bag provides a good mental workout at the same time. This intense workout helps to release stress and increase positive energy.

Mixfit

Mixfit is an effective workout for the whole body. In this class, you work on your physical fitness while driven by uplifting music. The first half of this lesson is focussed on muscle strengthening exercises using a barbell and dumbells. The second half of the lesson is a cardio focused training intended to improve speed, manoeuvrability, and achieve a maximum calorie burn. Mixfit is best for people with a reasonable to good physical condition.

Salsation

Salsation is a fun, addictive, functional dance training. Each lesson aims to improve your overall strength and flexibility, increase the range of motion of the body, and take your dancing skills to the next level. Salsation emphasises musicality, lyrical expression and functional training. Never danced before? Don’t worry. You don’t need any previous dance experience to enjoy a Salsation class. Salsation is safe, fun and effective, regardless of your fitness or dance level.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a challenging, freestyle workout with a high fun content. To swinging music you step on and off an adjustable step with varying combinations. In addition to a tighter stomach and tighter bum and legs, you also work on improving your stamina. It is suitable for anyone who likes to move to music.

Power cycling

Power cycling is “training on wattage” on our special Body Bike Smart bicycles. This way you have a good overview of your heart rate, rhythm, the power you pedal with and much more. With Power cycling you will quickly and clearly see improvement. You train specifically in the right power zones, so you can get the most out of your efforts. Whether you are a novice athlete or experienced, if you really want to get fit, this is the training for you! More results in the same time.

Total Body

The Total Body class works your entire body, combining cardio and strength training with a varied number of exercises with the weight of the body. It is a high intensity workout that provides an improvement in general physical condition and better toning. Your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Spinning

Spinning is an intensive cycling workout on a spinning bike with a heavy flywheel that is linked to the pedals. The intensity varies due to different body positions (e.g. standing and sitting), pedal speed and resistance. Your legs move constantly, which means that every second of the available time is put to good use. Using a specific app, training is focused on heart rate and resistance. This provides insight into training results and progression of fitness. Spinning is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics is an energetic lesson with a high fun factor. It is suitable for people who would like to improve their fitness or maintain their fitness. You stand in chest deep water and do exercises to the beat of the music. Different materials are used to train specific muscle groups, such as dumbbells and tubes.
