Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort has a wide variety of group lessons. Aside from an Aerobic Studio, where you can follow BodyPump, BodyCombat, BoxFit and Zumba lessons, we also have a beautiful Cycle Studio where you can participate in a diverse range of spinning lessons on the most advanced bikes. Finally we have an Aqua gym which allows you to attend lessons every day in our pool.

Aqua aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is an energetic lesson with a high fun factor. This class is perfect for you if you would like to improve and maintain your fitness. You stand in chest deep water and do exercises to the beat of the music. Different materials are used to train specific muscle groups, such as dumbbells and tubes.

Aqua fitness

Aqua Fitness is a challenging workout in the pool focused on technique, strength and endurance. This class is suitable for those who like an intense training to improve their fitness and strength by applying the right technique and intensity.

BodyCombat LM

BodyCombat is a high-energy workout inspired by mixed martial arts with movements from Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Tai Chi. This class helps you to get fitter and stronger. During a BodyCombat class you usually burn around 545 calories!

BodyPump LM

BodyPump is a barbell class in which you strengthen your body by repeating multiple weight and strength exercises accompanied by great a motivating music. This class is perfect for you if you want to lose weight, improve your muscle endurance or shape your body because this class challenges all the important muscle groups.


This class is an effective workout for the whole body. The first half of the class is focused on muscle strengthening exercises using a barbell and dumbbells. The second half of the class is a cardio focused training to improve your speed and maneuverability and to achieve a maximum calorie burn. The entire class you will be motivated by uplifting music.


Salsation is a fun and addictive dance workout. This class improves your coordination, increases the range of motion of your body, makes you to burn many calories and takes your dancing skills to the next level. Not a great dancer? No worries, you don’t need any dance experience to enjoy a Salsation class. This class is suitable for everyone, regardless of your fitness or dancing abilities.


Spinning is a intensive cycling workout on a spinning bike with a heave flywheel that is linked to the pedals. The intensity varies due to the different body positions of sitting and standing, pedal speed and resistance. The training is focused on your heart rate raise and endurance. By using a specific app, you get insight into your training results and your progression.


Zumba is a dance and fitness work-out based on Latin and international music such as Salsa, Merenque, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Bellydance, Cumbia, African dance, Hip Hop and Dance. During the Zumba class, fitness and dance moves are combined which causes the ultimate party feeling. The music and the diversity of the moves make you forget that you are actually working out!
